General Instruction for Fee Collection(2025-26)
- Parents are required to deposit the fee for the current month at the school counter between 1st to 30th of every month. In case 30th is a holiday, the fee can be paid without fine on the next working day. Thereafter, a late fine of Rs 30/- will be charged.
- If the Tuition fee is not paid for three consecutive months, the name of the student will be struck off the rolls. For attending classes thereafter, readmission charge of Rs 5000/- will be charged along with the dues. Same rule will be followed for Bus fees.
- Annual charge can be paid in three installments latest by August.
- Any cheque returned by bank will be treated under the category of non- payment of fees. In case of dishonoured cheques due to any reason a fine of Rs 500/- alongwith the outstanding fees, in cash, shall be deposited with the Accounts Section. Therefore, Parents are advised to be very careful while making payment of the fees through cheques.
- Fee for the month of February will be paid latest by 15 th of February and Fee for the month of March will be paid latest by 10th of March.
- For Classes X and XII, all other dues up to March must be deposited by 20th of January of every session, to get no dues certificate.
- Fee defaulters will not be allowed to appear for Mid Term Exam and Annual Exams. Admit cards will be issued before Mid Term Exam and Annual Exams.
- Payment of fee is the responsibility of parents and school will not send any reminder for this purpose.
